when i take a picture
Hi, those "White lines" across you image are unfortunately a problem with the actual CCD, the image Chip. What has happened is a ROW decoder IC has failed or gotten stuck "High" this then causes what you describe.
There is NO fix, unfortunately, and in reality, it would be un-economic to repair a camera of this type.
Replacement is really your only option.
